This is a defining moment in history. We are at a crossroads and will decide on a direction our country must go on November 4th 2008. Do we continue along the path we've traveled the last eight years? Eight years ago on George Bush's inauguration day our country had a budget surplus of $710 billion dollars. Today our national debt has surpassed $10 trillion dollars. Our Unemployment rate was at 4.2% on George Bush's inauguration day and today it is at 6.1% and rising.
The time is now to become part of history and support a Barack Obama Presidency. On November 1st families from all over New Jersey will meet in Princeton and show our support for Barack Obama and the policies we feel affect the family. We are excited and proud of be showing our support for a Barack Obama Presidency!
On November 4th 2008 you have a chance to cast your vote for change. Barack has plans to get our economy out of its current state. He is concerned about our educational system and he is dedicated to creating jobs that will support families and rebuild the middle class and improve healthcare. Barack also intends to bring our troops home from both wars.
Now is the time and we are excited to be a part of history in the making.
NJ Moms 4 Obama
NJ Moms 4 Obama is a grassroots organization of mothers that is coordinating a rally to engage and empower mothers leading up to Election Day. Moms for Obama Rally will take place on Saturday November 1, 2008 at 2:00 pm EST all across the country. On the same day, at the same hour all over America, mothers and their children will unite hands and hearts to take a stand for the future of this great nation.
Moms for Obama is currently seeking other talented individuals who can bring their unique skill set to help produce a memorable rally. None of us have ever planned a political event but feel this election is of great importance and have committed to help in any way we can. We will need everyone from greeters on the actual event day to people who can help get the word out and help in the planning process.
